By texting, calling, or otherwise interacting with Emmie, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Description of Service
Emmie is an AI-powered Family Operating System accessible through the web app, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, GroupMe, and Voice. Emmie provides intelligent family orchestration, calendar management, inbox organization, meal planning, homework help, reminders, and more.
Use of Service
You agree to use Emmie responsibly and not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Send spam or unsolicited messages through Emmie
Free and Paid Plans
The Free plan provides full access to the Family OS at no cost. Paid plans (Family at $14.99/month, Family+ at $24.99/month) add additional features. Paid plans are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time.
AI Limitations
Emmie is an AI assistant and may occasionally provide inaccurate information. Emmie is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or emergency services. In an emergency, always call 911 or your local emergency services.
Intellectual Property
Emmie and its agents, design, and technology are owned by us. Your content (messages, family data, preferences) remains yours.
Limitation of Liability
Emmie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed reminders, inaccurate information, or service interruptions.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Emmie after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
